FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most often.

What does a first project with you look like?

Usually a small, fixed-scope first step such as a discovery sprint or a health check. You get a written outcome you can use even if you don't continue with us.

How do you price your work?

Fixed-scope projects get a fixed quote. Dedicated teams are billed at an agreed monthly rate, and managed services have a predictable monthly fee. You see the cost before any work begins.

Can you work with our existing team or supplier?

Yes. We can lead the work, join your developers as one team, or take over a specific area such as cloud or security, with responsibilities agreed in writing up front.

What does managed IT include, and what doesn't it?

It covers the monitoring, helpdesk, patching, backups, device management and licence work agreed in your service levels. Hardware purchases and large one-off projects are quoted separately, so there are no surprises.

How do you keep our data and systems secure?

We sign an NDA on request, use least-privilege access to your systems, keep credentials in a secure vault and remove our access as soon as the work ends.

Who owns the work you deliver?

You do. Source code, designs, documentation and infrastructure live in accounts you control, with full intellectual property transferred to you.
