We recommend the assistant says so at the start of each call. It's honest, it's required in some places, and callers can ask for a person at any time.
Can it use our existing phone number?
Usually yes, by forwarding calls or connecting to your phone system. You choose when it answers, such as all calls, overflow only or out of hours.
What about call recording and privacy?
Recording and transcripts are optional. We help you add the right notice for callers, set retention periods and follow the consent rules in the places you operate.
