Fleet management

Know where every vehicle is, how it's being driven and what it costs to run.

Overview

When vehicles are out on the road, it’s easy to lose sight of where they are, how they’re driven and what they really cost. Fuel bills creep up, services get missed and customers call to ask where their delivery is.

ByteMak delivers fleet management that combines GPS trackers with a clear dashboard and mobile app. You see every vehicle live, get alerts that matter, plan maintenance before it becomes a breakdown and report on cost per vehicle, driver or route.

It works for delivery and logistics fleets, field service teams, school and staff transport, and rental or construction vehicles. Temperature sensors and dashcams can be added for cold-chain and higher-risk fleets. Where you need it, we connect fleet data to your dispatch, payroll or accounting systems.

Capabilities

What Fleet management includes.

Take the full service or just the parts you need. Each one can be scoped and priced on its own.

  • Live GPS tracking

Vehicle positions, trip history and stops on a map, from the office or your phone.

  • Geofences & security alerts

Alerts when vehicles leave a site, speed, idle or move out of hours, or a tracker is tampered with.

  • Driver behaviour

Harsh braking, speeding and idling scored per driver, so coaching is based on facts.

  • Fuel monitoring

Fuel use and refuelling compared with distance travelled to spot waste and misuse.

  • Maintenance planning

Service schedules by distance, engine hours or date, with reminders before they fall due.

  • Reports & integrations

Trip, mileage and cost reports, plus links to dispatch, payroll or ERP systems.

Outcomes

What changes for you.

Lower running costs

Clear sight of fuel, idling and routes shows where money is being lost.

FAQ

Fleet management: common questions.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most often.

Still have questions?

Ask us directly. A real person replies within one business day.

Ask a question
What hardware do we need?

Usually a small GPS tracker per vehicle, wired in or plugged into the diagnostic port. Fuel sensors or a CAN bus connection can be added for detailed fuel data. We recommend devices after looking at your vehicles.

Can we keep the trackers we already have?

Often, yes. Many common devices can report to a new platform. We check compatibility before you buy anything new.

What happens in areas with poor mobile coverage?

Trackers store positions while they're offline and upload them when the signal returns, so trip history stays complete.

Will drivers be tracked outside working hours?

That is your policy to decide. The system supports private-trip modes, and we recommend telling drivers clearly what is tracked and why, in line with local law.
